Tools for Data Protection

Privacy Policy Tools.

The Tennessee Information Protection Act was signed into law on May 11, 2023. Other state legislatures are doing the same thing. Even if you think that these laws will not apply to you (the laws can be somewhat vague and confusing), your website should have a privacy policy that your organization follows when it comes to electronically collected personal information. We have partnered with service providers to help you navigate the challenges of complying with data protection laws all around the world. Termageddon enables you to generate policies to help comply with privacy laws. For BUILD users only, we also offer a compliance tool called PieEye to enable cookie scanning and compliance as well as a method for obtaining site visitor consent.

Partnering for Accessibility

ADA Compliance Tools

According to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division website (https://www.ada.gov/resources/web-guidance), the Americans with Disabilities Act requires state and local governments, as well as "businesses that are open to the public" to have websites that accessible to people with disabilities. The website states, "The ways that websites are designed and set up can create unnecessary barriers that make it difficult or impossible for people with disabilities to use websites, just as physical barriers like steps can prevent some people with disabilities from entering a building. These barriers on the web keep people with disabilities from accessing information and programs that businesses and state and local governments make available to the public online. But these barriers can be prevented or removed so that websites are accessible to people with disabilities." We have partnered with specialists to assist our customers in maintaining compliance with ADA guidelines.
